Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute comprehensive documentation strategies for Mobile & Cloud platform programs
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architecture
• Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical writing experience
• Experience developing API and SDK documentation for iOS and Android platforms
• Hands-on experience with Polarion
• BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent written English skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic software development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Confluence or similar systems
• Experience with Arena
• Exposure to AI tools for documentation creation
