Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept through execution, collaborating with product managers and developers
• Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces for both web and mobile applications
• Brainstorm design ideas that align with business objectives and priorities
• Analyze data to drive design improvements and ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead the creation and evolution of brand guidelines
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards

Requirements

• BA/BS in Graphic Design or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong knowledge of design thinking and human-centered design principles
• Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech or the banking industry
• Experience designing both B2B and B2C products
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
