Senior User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Own UA strategy and execution for Rewarded Traffic across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks
• Support new rewarded app launches by standing up UA strategy and measurement
• Manage two-sided performance, balancing user acquisition economics (CPI/CPA, Net ROAS) against network-side health
• Partner with rewarded network partners on deal structuring, inventory, and performance troubleshooting
• Lead measurement and reporting for the rewarded portfolio, including Net ROAS/payback modeling
• Identify and pilot new rewarded growth channels and partnerships

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets
• Prior experience with rewarded app traffic or two-sided marketplace dynamics
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Sheets
• Proficiency with tools like Mixpanel, Singular, and Looker/Tableau
• AI-native approach to building and iterating on AI-driven workflows
• Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
