DICE is a ticketing platform on a mission to get people out more. We give fans incredible live shows, upfront pricing every time, and tickets in a few taps.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise copy across app, web, emails, and notifications for fan-facing and partner-facing tools
• Help make finding shows, buying tickets, and getting to the show feel effortless and fun for fans
• Make building, managing, and analysing events on MIO a simple and delightful experience for partners
• Write product mailers, CRM campaigns, emails, and help centre articles
• Inform UX decisions and design strategy from the beginning by working hand in hand with designers
• Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, and localisation leads
• Present work and ideas, clearly explaining the reasoning behind decisions to stakeholders and business leaders

Requirements

• Experience in content design for app and web (B2B and/or B2C)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to write in a particular brand voice and flex it for different contexts
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment across multiple teams
• Ability to present and defend writing and design decisions
