Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Fintech

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the Group CFO on Group performance, planning and external guidance.
• Provide forward-looking financial insight to the CEO, Executive Committee and Board; lead investor and Board financial narratives.
• Lead the Group FP&A function globally: set standards, ways of working and best practice across regions and business units.
• Run the Group performance rhythm (monthly reviews, quarterly deep dives) with focus on revenue, profitability, unit economics and cash.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Risk and Operations to translate plans into financial outcomes, challenge underperformance and build business cases.
• Own Group budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow across entities and lines.
• Build and maintain driver-based models, scenario and sensitivity analysis and decision-support toolkits.
• Define priorities for EPM/planning tools, BI and data platforms; ensure a single source of truth for performance reporting.
• Oversee Board and Committee FP&A content and maintain governance around models, assumptions and versioning.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing, multicultural FP&A team and coach senior leaders on financial acumen.
