Responsibilities

• Produce engaging long-form and short-form video content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Ensure strong pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity in all video assets
• Structure videos with engaging hooks and apply best practices for captions and subtitles
• Maintain an organized editing workflow, including project file organization and versioning
• Coordinate with Marketing and Content teams to prioritize tasks based on campaign schedules
• Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving content needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in digital or social media content
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Solid understanding of social media video formats and performance dynamics
• Proven ability to manage both long-form and short-form storytelling
• Ability to manage subtitles, captions, and basic motion graphics
• Full English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and asynchronous environment
