Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between business and technical teams
• Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans
• Plan project stages, assess business implications, and monitor progress
• Assign resources, timelines, and schedules
• Lead crew and customer meetings
• Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Utilize Agile and iterative project methodologies
• Develop and manage WBS for IT projects
• Prepare and deliver project status reports
• Build trust-based relationships with clients
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and cross-training for team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of business-related experience
• Minimum 7 years in technology Project/Program management
• Experience with Agile Project Management principles
• Proficiency in project methodologies and management principles
• Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
• Broad understanding of ServiceNow Domain areas
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Agile/SCRUM certifications
• ServiceNow platform experience
