🎞️Content Repurposing: Maximize the value and reach of our long-form content by identifying and extracting over 100 short engaging segments each month, each ranging from one to three minutes, from our existing long-form content.

🎥Short Form Editing: Produce and distribute 40 high-quality short-form videos monthly, tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

🎯Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of your videos, using insights to refine and enhance future content.

🤝 Community Analysis: Monitor comments on your videos, to keep in touch with the impact of your work and understand our audience psychology.

💡 Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of platform trends, ensuring our content remains relevant and engaging across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years in Video Editing or a similar role with a solid track record
  • Fluent in both french and english
  • You are a master of Adobe Première Pro for video editing and After Effects to create dynamic and badass animations.
  • A track record of success in growing social media accounts through expertly edited short-form content.
  • Agility in communication, especially on Slack, ensuring speed and clarity in all interactions.
  • A commitment to excellence, with at least 1+ years of relevant experience in short-form video production.
