Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Small and Medium Abu Dhabi Restaurant Accounts
  • Organize proactive face to face meetings with portfolio partners
  • Cross-sell and upsell Deliveroo key services
  • Lead actions to improve partners' performance, with team support
  • Directly manage partners on a case-by-case basis for critical value improvement
  • Diagnose, resolve, and report on key performance KPIs independently and proactively

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets or formula-based tools
  • Self-starter able to deliver on monthly targets
  • Excellent communicator; well-organized and efficient
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience with Looker is a plus
