Snr Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory
• Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
• Participate in all phases of planning and execution, from initial discovery to the technical win
• Demonstrate the value of Elastic products and solutions in sales meetings, meetups, and conferences
• Advise the sales team on effective positioning of products, solutions, and services
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners throughout sales cycles
• Communicate customer needs, gaps, and enhancements to engineering and leadership teams

Requirements

• Track record of success in a technical presales role within the Enterprise Sector
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies
• History of successful customer relations and architectural design to meet business goals
• Ability to influence teams and inspire groups of various sizes
• Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally
