Social Automation Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build a UI module for asset selection, LLM variant generation, platform preview, and scheduling
• Implement and maintain Meta Graph API integrations including OAuth, webhooks, and rate-limit handling
• Enforce brand/policy guardrails, blocked terms, and approval gates with full audit logging
• Develop timezone-aware schedulers, queues, and backoff/retry strategies
• Automate campaign metadata attachment and ingest analytics into data warehouses for reporting
• Implement observability through traces, metrics, and logs to maintain SLOs
• Partner with Marketing, Data, and Legal teams to translate briefs into prompt templates and schemas

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building production web apps/services (Python or Node preferred)
• Experience with queues/workers such as Celery, RQ, or SQS
• Hands-on experience with OAuth2 and Meta social platform APIs
• LLM orchestration experience including prompt templates and content validation
• Strong SQL skills and experience shipping ETL connectors
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building workflow UIs
• Experience shipping observability tools and writing runbooks/tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or X APIs
• Knowledge of media processing pipelines and batch publishing at scale
• Experience with generative content evaluations and brand safety classifiers
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and IaC
• Experience with AB testing frameworks and feature flags
