Social Media & Community Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead as Social Media & Community COE to the regional team, defining strategy, governance, and operating frameworks
• Establish scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for regional teams
• Own collection, consolidation, and analysis of community feedback and social listening
• Build and strengthen brand trust through community engagement and reputation management
• Partner with Product, Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience teams to embed community insights into product launches
• Train and enable regional teams through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Define performance metrics to measure community health and social media effectiveness
• Optimize processes, tools, and resource allocation between global and regional teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing
• Proven experience leading regional or global social media functions across multiple markets
• Strong understanding of social listening and customer sentiment analysis
• Experience developing scalable governance models and operational standards
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
