Social Media & Community Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, forums, and online groups
• Build relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers
• Identify UGC opportunities and surface member stories and testimonials
• Track engagement metrics and sentiment to measure strategy effectiveness
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first video content
• Create platform-native content designed to drive engagement and stop the scroll
• Develop posts, polls, competitions, and activations to spark interaction
• Stay ahead of digital trends and bring fresh formats and ideas to the team

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in social media or content creation
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content independently
• Strong written voice with ability to adapt tone across platforms
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong understanding of UAE social media culture and audience behaviors
