Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tress Wellness TikTok account from ideation to community management
• Create and publish 30 pieces of content per month on TikTok
• Repost TikTok content and influencer content to Instagram
• Act as the on-camera talent, demonstrating products with authority
• Implement TikTok trends, captions, and hashtags to drive engagement
• Analyze content performance and present weekly reports
• Engage with the community to build positive audience relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation
• Ability to be confident and authoritative on camera
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends and platform mechanics
• Ability to adapt tone of voice to match brand personality
• Submission of a portfolio (TikTok/Reel compilation or channel) is mandatory
