Social Media & Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a social media content strategy for mortgage and real estate businesses
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create monthly content calendars based on business goals and industry trends
• Develop static posts, graphics, captions, and short-form videos
• Repurpose long-form content and industry insights into social media posts
• Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms, including reels
• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries
• Engage with industry professionals and potential referral partners to increase visibility

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
• Video editing experience for short-form content
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with mortgage professionals, realtors, or financial services
• Knowledge of compliance considerations within financial services
• Experience managing personal brands
