Social Media & Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage primary focus on Instagram growth, including stories, reels, and feed content
• Provide secondary growth support for TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Transform raw video and photo assets into polished short-form content
• Create and schedule consistent weekly content and regular stories
• Build social media campaigns around events, launches, and menu items
• Write engaging captions with clarity, personality, and taste
• Engage with followers, messages, and comments to build community
• Identify collaboration opportunities with creators and aligned brands
• Review analytics to recommend strategies for increased reach and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok growth
• Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Deep understanding of hooks, retention, reach, and conversion
• Ability to grow social media accounts through organic strategies
• Strong writing skills with a natural, non-corporate tone
• Proficiency in content scheduling and community engagement
• Ability to work part-time (20 hours/week) during EST business hours

• Experience driving growth for hospitality or lifestyle brands
