Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for both ElevenCreative and ElevenLabs, as well as the Discord community.
• Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture product moments, such as screen recordings and motion demos.
• Record and edit content independently using tools like Screen Studio, adding text and motion overlays to create platform-native assets.
• Grow and manage the Discord community by sparking conversation and surfacing user feedback.
• Plan and execute social content strategies around product launches, feature releases, and company milestones.
• Monitor platform analytics to track engagement, reach, and growth, using data to refine content strategy.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and participating in relevant cultural conversations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company.
• Ability to perform lightweight video editing, including assembling clips and formatting content for various platforms.
• Proficiency in writing sharp, platform-native copy for X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Fluency in social analytics and the ability to translate dashboard insights into actionable content decisions.
• Experience coordinating content across cross-functional teams such as product marketing, video, and community.
• A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for products used by creators and marketers (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Figma, or Runway).
• Proven experience running or growing a community channel like Discord.
• Experience with social scheduling and management tools such as Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer.
• Experience building a social presence from the early stages or leading a social rebrand.
• Multilingual capabilities.
