Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and refine CRE marketing tools by shipping backend and frontend features
• Engineer elegant and practical solutions while iterating to meet quality standards
• Work within a milestone-based framework to break large projects into scoped components
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to ensure great user experiences
• Perform thorough code reviews and pair on difficult issues to drive accountability
• Use AI tools like Claude Code as a force multiplier throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Multiple years of product software development experience within a SaaS company
• Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails
• Strong foundation in JavaScript and React
• Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec, Jest, or Playwright
• Proficiency with Git, MySQL, and AWS
• Ability to use AI agents for implementation, debugging, and testing
• Strong collaborative communication skills across engineering, product, and design
