Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and contribute to the development of the cancer care platform with an emphasis on user experience, workflow integration, and security
  • Collaborate with operations, product, data engineering, and analytics to build core systems and tools
  • Follow secure development practices and handle protected health information (PHI) within HIPAA and SOC 2 controls

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience designing and building user-centric products
  • Proficiency with Python and AWS managed services (EventBridge, Lambda, DynamoDB)
  • AI-native builder: fluent with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
  • Action-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Clear communicator with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, including EHRs and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)
