Responsibilities

• Drive Solutions: Take full responsibility for the lifecycle of your code, from design and development to testing and deployment.
• Customer-Centric Building: Partner with product managers to turn customer insights into delightful product experiences.
• Agentic Development: Lean into agentic workflows to amplify judgment and speed up implementation.
• Collaborate and Mentor: Work within a high-performing team and coach others on AI tooling.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses using advanced monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Full-stack proficiency with experience building full-stack applications
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with LLMs and agentic tools as part of a development toolkit
• Commitment to robust testing, automation, and proactive monitoring
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cannabis industry or building software for POS, Ecommerce, or Payments
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or AWS
• Experience bringing AI-assisted workflows or agents to an engineering team

• Starting salary of $107,000 - $143,000
