Software Engineer II - Front End

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact frontend solutions for our clients and web platforms
• Translate business and product requirements into efficient technical designs and architectures
• Support the team with development best practices, design patterns, testing, and code reviews
• Maintain a culture of technical documentation to ensure platform solutions are easy to adopt
• Work in a collaborative environment using Code-Reviews, Pair-Programming, and Data-Driven Development

Requirements

• Experience in software development with a focus on Frontend
• Mastery of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of modern frameworks, preferably React or Vue.js
• Strong computer science fundamentals: Algorithms, data structures, and frontend architecture
• Understanding of web accessibility
• Test-oriented mindset with familiarity with automated testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Collaborative mindset with ability to give and receive constructive technical feedback
• Proactive use of AI tools to facilitate work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React in a production environment
• Experience working with design systems or shared components
