Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end to end from discovery to production hardening
• Design and ship decision solutions using ontologies, rules, and graph analytics
• Build platform gaps and push general versions upstream to Product
• Run technical discovery workshops and proofs of concept
• Document implementations and turn one-off work into reusable reference implementations
• Root-cause technical issues in customer environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software
• Strong SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
• Strong Python programming ability
• Ability to read unfamiliar source code and interpret stack traces
• Experience working in customer or partner environments
• Ability to operate in high-autonomy, low-instruction environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with optimization, constraint solving, or rule engines
• Experience with graph algorithms or ML on structured data
• Track record of upstream contribution to core products
• Experience with semantic modelling and data pipelines
