Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering sessions and lead discovery workshops with clients
• Design technology solutions using the Salesforce Platform and complementary tools
• Advise clients on data strategy, governance, and architecture
• Develop implementation roadmaps and integration patterns
• Lead project implementation teams to ensure high quality builds
• Advise on the application of AI tools like Claude to improve client operations
• Support sales processes by providing technical and advisory expertise
• Support project managers to ensure delivery on time and on budget

Requirements

• Relevant Engineering, Computer Science, or Data-related degree or equivalent experience
• One or more Salesforce Architect Certification
• One or more Claude Certification
• 5+ years of technology experience, preferably in consulting
• 3+ years working with Salesforce Lightning Platform or comparable platforms
• 1+ years of experience in an advisory or architect capacity
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude
• Experience with data strategy, governance, and implementation
• Knowledge of integration patterns and frameworks
• Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in social sector work and international development
• Fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or other languages
