Responsibilities

• Accelerate the sales motion by leading technical discovery and delivering high-fidelity solution designs
• Serve as a technical authority through demos and architecture deep-dives
• Lead evaluations and production pilots, including provisioning trial environments and benchmarking data
• Guide the buying journey by translating technical success into business ROI and managing security reviews
• Influence the platform by turning field insights into actionable product feedback
• Create tools and processes to scale sales operations

Requirements

• Practical engineering experience building and shipping production apps
• Experience navigating AWS and understanding deployment and API design
• High degree of cloud fluency, including networking, high availability, and database tuning
• Ability to whiteboard complex systems and review code live
• Effective communication skills for stakeholders ranging from developers to finance
• Startup agility and willingness to travel for customer meetings or conferences
