Sr. Agile Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment
• Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirement documents
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and perform user research
• Utilize UI/UX and Human Centered Design concepts to design technical solutions
• Decompose Epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and high/low fidelity mockups
• Support the testing team to ensure system alignment with business vision
• Conduct business process analysis and workflow analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience (or master's degree plus 4+ years)
• Experience with enterprise software development projects
• Proficiency in Agile software development environments and practices
• Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to develop and decompose Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of database design and SQL
• Experience in Adobe XD, Visio, or Figma
• Knowledge of UX and Human Centered Design processes
• Experience with interaction modeling and prototyping tools
• Experience in UX strategy and user research
