Sr. Analyst, Technical Implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage integration processes
• Support client onboarding and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms
• Develop and maintain documentation and provide technical guidance during project execution
• Monitor performance metrics post-implementation and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in implementing and configuring technology solutions within a healthcare revenue cycle environment
• Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Ability to manage integration processes and support client onboarding
• Strong focus on maintaining compliance standards and delivering high-quality implementation outcomes
