Sr. Clinical Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operations point person across GCO sub-teams, maintaining consistent frameworks and timelines
• Coordinate end-to-end GCO components for new projects, tracking deliverables and stakeholders
• Track program spend against budgets and flag variances to leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into program status
• Synthesize data from Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, Salesforce, and BI tools into actionable monthly updates
• Connect operational metrics to clinical and business outcomes
• Act as a connector between GCO and commercial, GTM, and customer success teams
• Identify opportunities for AI tools, automation, and workflow improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
• Hands-on experience in scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional coordination within clinical operations
• 2+ years of project management experience or program management certification
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Airtable, and BI dashboards
• Strong documentation and organizational skills for managing large datasets
• Ability to establish processes for audits and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reproductive or hormonal health (fertility, pregnancy, menopause, etc.)
• Track record of using data to drive decisions via KPIs and dashboards
• Experience operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments
