Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a global team of GTM enablement and Buyer enablement professionals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy.
  • Design, create, and curate engaging learning programs and content.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track initiative effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, or related fields.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
  • Deep understanding of the GTM landscape.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical savvy with web technologies, CRM/Helpdesk solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with tools like Gong, Highspot, Skilljar.
