Responsibilities

• Design and scale a structured onboarding academy and ongoing skill-development curriculum
• Build and own a QA framework with clear KPIs to drive targeted coaching
• Partner with Care Coordination leadership to surface training needs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep training current with workflow changes
• Build systems and dashboards to proactively monitor quality and performance
• Modernize the QA function using AI-assisted tools and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years in learning & development, quality assurance, or workforce performance leadership
• Demonstrated experience building structured programs from the ground up
• Experience designing QA frameworks with measurable KPIs
• Experience leading managers or senior individual contributors
• Strong data fluency and experience with performance dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory risk
• Experience in healthcare operations or telehealth
• Background in adult learning theory or instructional design
• Lean or Six Sigma training
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth startups
