Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of a portfolio of partner relationships
• Manage day-to-day partnership operations including configuration, billing, and integrations
• Oversee implementations and account business reviews
• Handle escalations and determine when to resolve issues directly versus escalating them
• Drive operational rigor across complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships
