Sr Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design robust solutions for complex projects and build scalable software applications
• Write, test, and implement efficient, maintainable code
• Work within an Agile environment and adapt to evolving requirements
• Manage projects from conception through deployment with minimal supervision
• Perform code audits, testing, and troubleshooting
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Advocate for continuous improvements and influence technical decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• Experience shipping production software in Python and Java
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
