Sr Staff Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in solution design to satisfy business needs
• Act as a consultant with internal and external clients to identify potential solutions
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to technical team members
• Develop and champion best practices and standards in technology and security
• Provide general oversight to ensure adherence to methodologies and practices
• Keep abreast of technological advancements and leverage new technologies for business solutions
• Develop and deploy cutting edge software solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in design, coding, infrastructure, and databases
• 2+ years of experience as a technical influencer
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Understanding of CI/CD, micro-service architecture, and API development
• In-depth knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and delivery pipelines
• Working knowledge of network and server infrastructure
• Knowledge and experience in the latest LLM models for code development
