Sr/Staff GTM Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer delivery
• Lead and deliver a best in class candidate experience
• Continuously work to improve diversity at Runway
• Partner with hiring managers to develop deep understanding of needs and innovative recruiting strategies
• Track search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years of business recruiting experience building high caliber GTM teams in high-growth environments
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks
• Commitment to diversity and experience implementing diversity recruiting strategies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby
