Staff Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Design high-dimensional tracking protocols for unique crypto interactions across App, Web, and H5 platforms
• Architect autonomous data structures and logical models to support AI agents in executing complex financial workflows
• Establish full-link attribution models from external acquisition through KYC to first trade conversion
• Build unified logical models for trading, assets, growth, and risk/compliance (including bot and wash-trading detection)
• Lead the development of a company-wide Metric Store to ensure consistency across all AI agents and dashboards
• Implement AI-driven automation for SQL generation, tracking-code creation, and real-time model documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CEX/DEX environments
• 5+ years of experience with Kimball dimensional modeling
• Expert-level experience with Sensors Data, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Deep understanding of trading engine logs and on-chain data
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools and a strong understanding of how LLMs interact with structured data
• Proven ability to manage billion-row snapshot tables and implement cold/hot data separation
