Staff Product Designer & Researcher

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from research to full-realized features and flows for technical products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other partners to drive user experience
• Contribute to the design system, processes, and accessibility practices
• Manage research operations including participant recruiting, follow-ups, and incentives
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative methods
• Create structure and navigate ambiguity within workstreams

Requirements

• History of leading strategic design efforts for technical products, platforms, or systems
• Proficiency in prototyping, storytelling, and iterating concepts
• Experience in the full product development process (IA, UX flows, interaction, and UI design)
• Comfort working with HTML and CSS
• Proficiency with Figma and GitHub
• Experience in research operations and executing usability studies independently
• Strong focus on accessibility and high-quality standards
