STAFF PRODUCT DESIGNER SÊNIOR - VISUAL DESING

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the delivery partner journey by combining business context and competitor analysis
• Evolve the design strategy and vision for the delivery app, establishing visual standards and consistency rules
• Build and scale design processes, including visual quality rituals and AI-driven workflows
• Create creative moments to explore the essence of design with the team
• Guide the design team in implementing new responsibilities within an AI-first product development process

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating simplicity, visual identity, and user focus
• Ability and experience in creating and scaling new visual patterns
• Holistic vision to understand project impacts across various app journeys
• AI-first mindset to integrate artificial intelligence into design solutions and team processes
• Ability to influence and align leadership-level stakeholders, translating business strategy into design direction
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in the work model

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling design processes in high-complexity organizations
• Rapid adaptation to new technologies and market challenges
