Staff Product Manager (Dubai, UAE)

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for mission-critical claims products serving large insurers.
• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, iteration, and scale.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Use quantitative and qualitative research to define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate on outcomes.
• Champion customer-centric design and continuously advocate for claimant and insurer needs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, influence stakeholders, and unblock teams to accelerate delivery.
• Mentor and elevate product practices across the organisation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years building and scaling B2B SaaS products, with 3+ years in senior/lead product roles (Staff/Lead/Principal).
• Experience in insurance technology, claims processing, or adjacent financial services products is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics, experimentation (A/B testing), and data to inform decisions.
• Comfortable with ML-driven product work and partnering closely with data science teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups or scale-ups.

About the Company

Assured is modernising insurance claims processing by building software that powers claims decisions for large insurers. Our platform spans claimant-facing experiences to ML-driven backend decisioning, aiming to reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and improve claimant outcomes. This role is based in Dubai, UAE (hybrid). Candidates must be located in the UAE and authorized to work there. Compensation range: $180,000 - $200,000 (USD) plus equity.
