Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new name acquisition and build a core banking pipeline across the GCC territory
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities within established banks, neobanks, and fintech institutions
  • Engage key stakeholders in banking and financial services organizations
  • Nurture strategic relationships with local advisory and consultancy organizations
  • Navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles typically ranging from 12 to 24 months

Requirements

  • Proven hunter-style sales experience with a track record of opening new accounts
  • Extensive experience selling into the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong existing network and deep market knowledge within the GCC region
  • Expertise in value-based selling and managing transformative sales engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with core banking solutions (top priority)
  • Experience selling enterprise software into large-scale banking institutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex commercial structures and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Understanding of the Islamic banking landscape
  • Arabic language skills
