Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new name acquisition and build a core banking pipeline across the GCC territory
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within established banks, neobanks, and fintech institutions
- Engage key stakeholders in banking and financial services organizations
- Nurture strategic relationships with local advisory and consultancy organizations
- Navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles typically ranging from 12 to 24 months
Requirements
- Proven hunter-style sales experience with a track record of opening new accounts
- Extensive experience selling into the banking or financial services sector
- Strong existing network and deep market knowledge within the GCC region
- Expertise in value-based selling and managing transformative sales engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with core banking solutions (top priority)
- Experience selling enterprise software into large-scale banking institutions
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial structures and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Understanding of the Islamic banking landscape
- Arabic language skills
