Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate Agency Value Proposition and Omnichannel Distribution objectives into executable activation and adoption strategies
• Lead activation efforts for complex strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and engaged
• Guide business leaders through change planning, readiness assessment, and stakeholder engagement
• Build strong partnerships across Distribution, Product, Marketing, Service, Technology, and Operations
• Drive execution through disciplined program management, governance, and milestone tracking
• Develop executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement plans
• Act as a strategic consultant to business leaders to foster accountability and innovation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, change management, or program management
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leadership
• Proven ability to develop activation, adoption, and organizational readiness strategies
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred
