Subject Matter Expert - Product Management

Responsibilities

• Create curriculum covering crucial aspects of interviews at tier 1 companies
• Evaluate and provide feedback on content created by other SME authors
• Work with internal teams and technical reviewers to refine curriculum
• Conduct lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions using various teaching methodologies
• Stay current with latest Product Management trends and advancements
• Assist in onboarding and training other instructors and coaches
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to evolve course content
• Maintain availability for sessions during evenings or weekends in Pacific Time

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as a Product Manager in tier-1 companies
• Hands-on experience in Product Market Fit, User Acquisition, Retention, Execution, Strategy, or Monetization
• Ability to simplify complex topics for engaging instruction
• High levels of empathy for student challenges
• Strong communication and teaching skills
