Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and trend identification in the sustainability space
• Prepare reports summarizing market and client research findings
• Track and evaluate lead conversion metrics to measure success
• Assist in creating and refining presentations and marketing materials for client pitches
• Work closely with marketing, sales and operations leads
• Support on live projects
• Leverage existing case studies and integrate them into relevant Go-to-Market (GTM) decks
• Help streamline sales processes by documenting them and suggesting improvements
• Provide admin support during client interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Good understanding of GRI, BRSR, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, and other sustainability standards
• Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple threads and deadlines effectively
• Strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity
