System Lead Migration

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs
• Define end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks, and technical standards
• Own the overall solution design for data migration processes supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Lead data discovery, assessment, object definition, and source-to-target mapping
• Drive data architecture decisions ensuring consistency across systems and platforms
• Review and approve technical designs, transformation rules, validation procedures, and reconciliation approaches
• Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and go-live readiness criteria
• Establish best practices, methodologies, templates, and governance models
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams, specialists, and analysts
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration, Data Governance, and Security teams
• Support solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Network knowledge for establishing connections to source and target systems
• Cloud-based ETL solutions architecture, preferably Amazon AWS
• GxP system validation knowledge
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing tools
• SAP architecture and SAP data model knowledge (RFC function and SAP BTP cockpit services)
• Database SQL querying tools knowledge
• Advanced Windows Servers knowledge
• Fluent English (C1)
• Fluent Spanish
