Systems Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability
• Create and maintain server configuration standards and technical documentation
• Install, configure, and update server software and applications
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage Windows Server environments, user accounts, and permissions
• Configure network settings including IP addressing, DNS, and routing protocols
• Implement and maintain network security measures and patch management
• Provide technical support and guidance to Level I Engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• MCSE certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and routing protocols
• Proficiency in English for stakeholder collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or VMware certifications
• CompTIA A+ or OEM Equipment Certifications
• Familiarity with ASTEA
