Systems Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain property management software and Quickbase systems, including custom reporting and backend upkeep
• Maintain Tableau workbooks and develop analytics visualizations in PowerBI and Microsoft Reporting Services
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM within Office 365, including bug tracking and user management
• Integrate systems into Microsoft Flow workflows and develop Power Apps
• Access disparate data sources such as Databases, XML, and flat files to apply business rules and data quality measures
• Manage users, files, and processes for the ShareFile application
• Resolve support tickets and act as the first point of contact for system support
• Assist with migrations, month-end reporting, and gross potential rent calculations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or two years of housing experience
• Advanced computer and development skills
• Experience with property management software such as ResMan, Entrata, or RealPage preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
