TA Consultant (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews
• Negotiate offers within defined parameters
• Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Manage the candidate experience
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track progress
• Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with reporting and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry preferred
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
