Responsibilities

• Oversee the Talent Acquisition function and facilitate processes through the Applicant Tracking System
• Attend briefing meetings and ensure requisitions are advertised on relevant channels
• Review, screen, and shortlist applications within defined SLAs
• Manage Talent Acquisition metrics including Time to Hire, Hiring Manager feedback, and Agency usage
• Manage sourcing strategies and Talent Acquisition campaigns
• Provide a great candidate experience and maintain accurate records for reporting
• Handle a portfolio of positions and oversee senior hiring
• Collate and review monthly/annual recruitment data and agency spend
• Manage monthly invoicing and upkeep billing records
• Define and review the effectiveness of assessment methodologies
• Keep abreast of market information and trends to attract relevant talent

Requirements

• Previous experience hiring senior corporate roles in the UAE and the region
