Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles
• Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong organization and follow-through
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate candidates, and move roles forward
• Deliver a clear, responsive, and positive candidate experience
• Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline, feedback, and hiring progress
• Write, publish, and optimize job postings
• Monitor funnel metrics and identify ways to improve conversion
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles
• Support structured, consistent, and objective hiring practices

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in high-volume, customer-facing, or operations roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to track progress
