Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction through onboarding
  • Partner closely with HR teams and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process
  • Drive and participate in various HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline through networking, university relations, and community engagement

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within top-tier internet companies or agencies
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese is required
  • Proficiency with modern sourcing and selection techniques
  • Experience in market mapping for global or Asian markets
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
  • Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A positive attitude toward the crypto industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for corporate or business functions (Business Development, Marketing, Operations)
  • Previous experience in Web3 or Crypto talent acquisition
