Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with a focus on technology roles and creative (UX/UI Designer) roles.
• Partner with business leaders to manage their talent acquisition needs.
• Establish relationships with candidates through various channels.
• Understand and anticipate market trends affecting talent acquisition.
• Generate a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Work closely with our Human Resources team. Requirements
• 5+ years in a dynamic recruiting role.
• 2+ years of recruiting in a fast-paced environment focused on professional services and niche technology and creative roles.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques. Preferred Qualifications
• Fluent in Arabic languages is a plus.
