Responsibilities

  • Actively source, pursue, and engage high-performing passive candidates across Tech, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Data/AI disciplines
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods including Boolean/X-ray searches, AI-driven platforms, and talent intelligence tools
  • Build and maintain deep talent pipelines for high-priority roles to support global ambitions
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings focused on skill, culture fit, ambition, and alignment with company standards
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to refine role requirements and execute hiring plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS and track key recruiting metrics
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance employer branding through strategic messaging and community engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preference for HR, Business, Communications, or Psychology)
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, marketing, creative, or high-growth environments
  • Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and poaching passive talent from competitive industries
  • Proficiency with AI-driven tools for sourcing, screening, and workflow optimization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability, and remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data/AI, etc.)
  • Established networks with universities, industry associations, and professional communities
  • Experience using JazzHR or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics and channel performance
